Our online store delivers Monday to Saturday throughout the day between 11:00 and 18:00 on a standard service, based on an optimised route. Turnarounds are mentioned on each product listing. For same day listings, orders must be received before 11:00. For feature bouquets requiring special flowers, all turnaround times are mentioned in listing. Should the delivery date provide less than this timeframe, we will provide an alternative as close as possible.
TIMED VIP DELIVERIES
As mentioned at checkout, all timed deliveries must be requested in advance, via firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0031 (0)20 223 1616. This service costs an additional €6,50 for Amsterdam (other suburbs POA), and we can email an invoice to pay online. Client payment details are not saved for your security.

VIP (timed) delivery €16,50 - Amsterdam
Outside Amsterdam €15 - Abcoude, Amstelveen, Badhoevedorp, Broek in Waterland, Diemen, Duivendrecht, Landsmeer, Lijnden, Ouderkerk, Vinkenveen, Weesp, Westgaarde, Zwanenburg only
Greater Netherlands €20 - Aalsmeer, Haarlem, Hoofdorp, Monickendam, Schiphol only
Should you wish for a rush/timed order, simply advise us in advance prior to ordering, then select VIP (Amsterdam only).
If you wish to have orders delivered to locations outside the areas listed above, please contact us in advance for a customised delivery quote and possibilities.
Should the recipient not be at home, we will attempt to deliver to the closest neighbour, and leave the recipient a note. If neighbours are not home, we return the bouquet to the store and wait for their response. We kindly require a phone number (including international code) of the recipient to ensure a successful delivery. If address is incorrect, charges apply for re-delivery. At this time we do not offer a tracked delivery service.

The images you see on our website are a representation of our style and a general indication of sizes. We source the freshest flowers for you to enjoy, therefore every bouquet is unique and special. Flower varieties change daily and are subject to seasonal availability at our growers. We love to use exclusive and interesting flowers... we hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
Refunds are not possible, should the order be cancelled. If the cancellation is received 3 working days prior to delivery, we are able to happily provide a credit for a future order date.
If you have something special that you would like to see in your bouquet, add a vase, or have a special order price that is not listed, simply contact us by email or phone, prior to placing your order online, and we will advise you of the availability, and do our best to include it for you (2-3 working days notice). Then once agreed, simply add it into the 'Additional comments' section, when you order. Photos of bouquets are not possible.
We kindly request a minimum of 3 working days notice for funeral orders requiring printed ribbon.
